Hello there! My name is Andy Goh, and yes, this is my website.
I recently graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, holding a degree in Bachelor of Software Engineering. I love technologies, I love learning new things about them, and one of the reason that I love them is because they improve way too fast. Everyday there are things that excite you, excite the world, and that’s technologies.
You might be wondering what do I specialize in, I have no clue too. I have thought about this, but couldn’t find an answer. I guess I know a little bit of this and that. I do love the web, as you can see from the front page; and I love developing for the web. I do these usually during my own spare hours, because I do Java at work :)
When I’m not feeling geeky, I like movies, traveling (although places I have visited is very little, trying to work on that!), and shoot some photographs. Yes, I do have a non-geek side.
Anyway, enough of me. This website, was actually meant to document my findings throughout the 4th year of my degree, but I guess I stopped writing half-way, thus the lack of updating for months. Now that I am actually in the industry, I am hoping to write more, to share.
I managed to play around with Wordpress’ themes, and quickly hacked up a simple theme for the site. It may not be the best looking theme (hah!), but I am trying to make sure that contents are readable, and easily accessible. Please do not hesitate to provide feedbacks, if you want something improved.
Okay, you may want to follow me on Twitter, and yes, I know that I tweet too much, currently practicing how to reduce noise to minimal :) I have some amateur photographs on my Flickr photostream too.
